Ellen Salter

Ellen joined thinkBeyond in February 2023 as Head of Sustainability. She is passionate about the cultural and market influence of sport to drive a socially inclusive transition to a more sustainable future for all. Ellen brings multidisciplinary experience to thinkBeyond across a number of disciplines including engineering and the built environment, management consultancy and the charity sector.

Ellen is currently working with a number of thinkBeyond clients to drive their sustainability agenda with a focus on carbon management, climate transition, and sustainability strategy.

Ellen studied Geography at the University of Nottingham. As a Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, Ellen is passionate about creating a more diverse, inclusive and equitable space for future environmental professionals.
