She has worked for a number of multinational companies, charities and social enterprises and has been the driving force behind award winning programs including Barclays Spaces for Sports, Euroleague Basketball’s One Team and City Football Group’s Cityzens Giving program. Recognising the importance and potential for organisations to achieve their business objectives while contributing to social change, Rowena has developed strategies, led new campaigns, designed events, created narratives and provided advice to a broad range of clients including SAP, Rexona, Euroleague Basketball, the ICC, Legal & General, World Rugby, Welsh Rugby Union and Saracens F.C.
