Ben leads on thinkBeyond Talent’s management services, acting as an agent for 10 current and former athletes. His work includes narrative creation, positioning and commercial development, enabling his clients to make social impact the driving focus of their long term commercial success. He is also responsible for the recruitment of new clients across the sporting landscape. Over the past 5 years, Ben has developed the on and off field careers of many athletes, most notably for Michael Johnson, Kate Richardson-Walsh, Carl Frampton, Molly Thompson-Smith and Ama Agbeze among others. Previously, he was with the global media agency, Dentsu Aegis Network, where he worked on the sport sponsorship portfolios for British Gas ‘Swim Britain’, Vauxhall & Home Nations Football, FedEx’s Heineken Cup and ATP Tour partnerships, as well as on the partnership portfolio of the Maximuscle nutrition brand.
